I am a fabric s...s....s.....(edited: family friendly forum)

    I have fabric s...s....s.....
    tendencies.

I know, I know...many of us have "tendencies". way2fractious has similar tendencies to mine, but he's out of control.

Me? I can stop any time I want.

I don't HAVE to bid on any tartan on ebay. HA! I'm not crying and whimpering

slams fist on table because I forgot to go online and missed the final minutes of bidding on that 2.75 yards of 11 ounce poly/wool Maple Leaf tartan. No. primly I'm not. Nor am I out of control bangs telephone around inside trash can because the vendor with 3.5 yards of 13 ounce worsted House of Edgar MacNaughton won't take my "best offer".

I simply lean back, have another sip of the Aberlour 14 year eyeing the now 3/4 empty bottle and RUMINATE.

    Oh Alan.
Of course you don't have a problem.
Just like none of us here have a problem with out kilt and accessory buying.
We all have everything perfectly in control and perspective.

Alan, your problem is the lack of cigar in your hand as you sit and sip!

Don't feel bad; I have bought three different Tartan fabrics, (7yds each). And I don't know how to sew! Maybe I can just drape them like a Great Kilt; except it will suddenly fall off in a public place. ........

Kelly has a yarn "collection" at home, a material collection at home (silks and other non tartans), a material collection at work on her "rear desk" and the whol closet beside her desk (not to mention the bolts we both use).

Don't even get me STARTED on holiday decoration bins....
