Talking My US Army kilt from Rocky was here as well as my Sgian Brew from Rab

Oh boy! Today was not the best Monday until I walked in the house. My US Army kilt from Rocky was here as well as my Sgian Brew from Rab. I thought that the kilt was a bit too long, but I think that once I put on the PC jacket it should look great. Fantastic work Rocky. I would love to be fitted for a hand-sewn kilt, I have the kilt bug, and I am afraid there is no viable cure!

    My belly button mark.

    Great pleats!

Joey the Australian Red Heeler pondering the new kilt.

    Too long or just right?

    My loyal companion!

Thought I would take a few shots to show off my third kilt. Probably could have ordered the waist a 36” instead of the 37” but it is not going to fall off my hips, and that just means I can drink a few more beers until the Army Signal Ball.

The Sgian Brew is phenomenal! The quality is out of this world! I just wish I could purchase a Damascus Sgian Duh.

I was also playing with my new digital camera and various lighting throughout the house. I did all the woodwork in the basement, as well as the tile work in the kitchen; wish I could do some barter work for a Tank.

The general consensus on length is upper to mid knee and that kilt seems to hit mid knee spot on. Good pics!
