D/FW Kilt Night Input Needed
Tim from The Tipp has been contacted by some scotch vendors, wanting to have a scotch tasting.
Tim contacted me to see when in April the Kilted would be most likely to attend.
I say a Thursday (they can't do it on the weekend) 'cause if you have a hangover, you can muddle through Friday easily enough.
Any votes?
(Remember this is for the month of APRIL.)

Oooh, lemme chat with Christopher (or better yet, I'll tell him to log on and check this thread out). I agree with the Thursday thing, but he'll probably be the main vote between the two of us, since he'd be the one driving

If it's on the North East side of town I can probably attend, except on Tuesdays usually. I live in Richardson and work in Carrollton doing essentially the 9-to-5 thing so I have a narrow window to do all my dressing up and driving and still have to time to wait off a buzz before driving home.

I'm for a kilted get together at the Tipp ASAP, so I vote for the 3rd (or anytime the first week of April).

I'm game for a Thursday in April. I have a recurring thing on Thursday nights, but it's not a must-do kind of thing, and I can skip out for a scotch tasting.
I'm usually the driver, so I'll only have a few tastes, but it sounds like a great outing and worth the drive from north of Ft. Worth.

DFW is about a 2 hour drive for me. A Thursday night would be fine - I'd have to get off work the next day and have a designated driver, of course. I would vote on 3rd, 17th or 24th - NOT THE 10TH (please).
