Overhead Squats Article
I'm not into the highland games thing at all. I'm not interested in competing. I am interested in keeping myself more or less physically fit so one of the things I'm trying to learn to do is overhead squats.
I stumbled upon this article that may be of interest you those of you who do compete.

Have you looked up some of Dan John's other articles? He's got some really good stuff.
Overhead's are fun and everyone looks at you like you're crazy for doing them.
Kind of like they look at you when you tell them you wear a kilt and throw trees for fun.

I know Dan John, and he is not only an outstanding person, but the best teacher of physical culture I've ever met.
And he's a theologian to boot. You will not do better than his teaching material.
Tell him Fr. John sent you. We met at Charles Staley's Boot Camp in Chandler, AZ a few years back.
