Swordsmans vests

Hey folks! I want to get a swordsmans vest in wool, instead of leather. They have them herer http://www.kiltmart.com/zencart/inde...roducts_id=122 but I haven't been able to find them anywhere else, and I can't seem to get these people to answer my size question about theirs. Anyone know where I can get one?

Yeah, I think the Scottish Tartans Museum has them (well, something very similar, actually).

EDIT: Hmmm... upon inspection, it looks like they might have stopped carrying them.

Yeah, they have a picture of a guy wearing one, but I can't find any for sale!

Ask Matt. He could theoretically still have one in the shop. I can't really remember, but I think I saw a couple last time I was up there.

Hey let me know if you find one in wool. I would interested in getting one too. I have bought a couple of things from kiltmart before. They are very bad about communication and it took a long time to get my order. Last time when I spoke to them, they said they have had staffing problems. Also I dont belive they are there everyday. But I was happy with the actual stuff once I had recieved it from them.

If anyone wants a very nice leather swordsman's vest / doublet, I only ever wear mine to the local ren faire like twice a year so I'd be willing to part with it. Heck, look for a post in the for sale forum when I get home from work today.
