    Really you don't need the belt loops. I used to use mine for my belt and sporran (historically they are sporran loops that have grown). Now the belt lays over top as does the sporran. Now the sporran can be swung over to the side for life's emergencies and such.

    I have the suspenders from my son's kilt but the sett looks to be half size. If nobody else can help you it would be better than nothing and I'd be happy to send it to you.
