Womans skirts

Kelly (and Rocky) can you guys make an unpleated, bias-aligned, tartan skirt with a side zipper on the hip, and a "regular" waistband, say, knee-length? Say, something along these lines...

CAN we make them? Yes. WILL we make them? No... it's still just Kelly and I (and 1 new guy named Robert who will be working part time) and we're so swamped with regular orders that we can't dedicate time / efort to making other things other than kilts right now...

Kelly is starting to do a few things in her "free time" (which ammounts to about 15 minutes a day) in starting her own clothing line and whatnot... THAT may be more up her alley in the future, but right now we have to stick to kilts / minis as that's what we do best and quickest.
