No longer "What Have I Done"
I've done it!!
As promised by everyone here, Jerry @ SWK delivered in plenty of time. Received on Wednesday, tried it on and it needed a slight correction (bless my seamstress wife), and ready to go. First night out on Fridy to the local pub (Dublin Pub, Dayton, OH) to see one of our favorite celtic rock groups - Mother Grove (if you have not seen them, make a point to).
My friend was working the festival and would not be there when I arrived, so with as much pride as I could muster, my wife and I went to dinner. We met with lots of friends, and of course, my wife put me on display for each and every one. No time now to be nervous. Around of fish and chips, and a few rounds of Harp, and our friends finally arrived. Towards the end of the evening, we posed (I'm on the left) proudly in our new attire.
Thanks to all for your encouragement and support. I'll be back later to ell more of the story.......

Well, by the end of the night, at least from the picture, you didn't look nervous at all. You got it going on all over! Good for you!

Very nice indeed. The first time is always the most difficult. After that, it keeps getting easier and easier.
"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon
