How do I post pictures in a thread reply and where have you hidden FAQ

I read your reply to Tattoo Bradley, saying that the instructions for posting a picture in a reply in a thread were in the FAQ section, and that you would "point him to the FAQ section". I looked on the site, even used the search feature. No results. I looked in the "How do I..." forum. NO SUCH instructions or tutorial. Is there an FAQ section on this site? If so, why is it absent from the site navigation menu or any other menu I could find. Why does it not come up when you search for it? Can you just tell me how to post a picture? I have wasted a lot of time searching the site for this info. Thanks.

Dear McMurdo and Panache: Thank you so much for your kind assistance. I'm sorry that I got a little grumpy... I now realize why I couldn't find the FAQ thread--my monitor display cut off the pull down menu so that it was not visible. Oops. I will get set up on Photobucket, then I'm sure it's off to the races...Thanks again.
