My wife's cousin still lives in Baton Rouge, and her family has been in La. since the 1700s, so even though we're not directly affected, the television was on during our Labor Day gathering so we could see the latest.

The missus rode Andrew out back in '92, so whenever there's a hurricane, I know it takes her back to Ft. Lauderdale.
