I guess it is a little low... that would help on the import of tartan kilt fabric and any other kilt related imports to the US, though. Or am I thinking of that bacwards... That would be nice if it stayed lower long enough to make a difference.

I saw a few red coats at Ft. Niagara this past weekend...

    ....we could be in trouble...
I have always tempered my killing with respect for the game pursued. I see the animal not only as a target but as a living creature with more freedom than I will ever have. I take that life if I can, with regret as well as joy, and with the sure knowledge that nature's ways of fang and claw or exposure and starvation are a far crueler fate than I bestow. - Fred Bear

...oh $#!+...it's just as I feared...they're sneaking back in a few at a time!

Another couple hundred years and they'll have the whole country back!

Let me know if the rate changes to 1812, anytime soon, that would be really eerie, Maryland is celebrating Defenders day, activities all week. The British attacked Fort McHenry by water, troops landed on North Point Pennisula (where I live) and battled there. The red coats are everywhere in Maryland this week!
