    Funny Craig Ferguson line

I saw a rerun of The Late, Late Show the other night in which he told a long, very funny story about flying back to the home land over the weekend for a wedding.

The funniest line, however, was when he said he learned that the wedding (which was quite large) included an open bar.

"500 Scotsman with knives in their socks and an open bar -- what could go wrong?"
Why, a child of five could understand this. Quick -- someone fetch me a child of five!

LOL. That's pretty good. I couldn't forsee any trouble with that combination either.

Craig Ferguson is pretty funny. My daughter and I like to watch his show.

That's good for a laugh! By the way, am I the only person that thought of it weird that a scot (ferguson) with a thick accsent (sp?), played an englishman on t.v. ( the Drew Carey show)??

Did he first explain the "knives in the socks" so the general public would get it?

The general public doesn't deserve to be in on the joke. In other words, if they have to ask......
