Celtic Music for Guitar
Greetings and well met!
i've been wanting to indulge and get some music belted out from my six-string acoustic and i'm curious...
1. does anyone know of any links to songs that i could learn that would be available online as a tab?
2. (for the more musically inclined) what is the typical/traditional keys that most folksongs are played in?
no, i'm not all that good, but i'm learning. i know the chords well enough and so far my focus has been more blues-ey but any tips on the scottish folksongs which could be played on Guitar would be absolutely keen!

Free-man stand, or Free-man fa',
Let him on wi' me!
By Oppression's woes and pains!
By your Sons in servile chains!
We will drain our dearest veins,
But they shall be free!
Lay the proud Usurpers low!
Tyrants fall in every foe!
Liberty's in every blow!-
Let us Do or Die!

Start here, the songs have been simplified and are quite easy to play. Plus there are many links to YouTube videos so you can hear what they should sound like
Good Luck
