    Question Oregon Instructors?

As a known kilt wearer, I was approached by a coworker on the subject of bagpipes and where can they get lessons for their son. I'm so spread thin right now I barely recognize my own family let alone know anything about instructors for the pipes. I did however, promise to set out an inquiry about them.

So... does anyone know of any instructos here on the S. Oregon coast? I live in Reedsport, but folks here are willing to do a little traveling to get where they need to.

    Thanks for the help!

I'll take the lazy man's way out.

Google is a beautiful thing. "pipe band Oregon" gets you http://www.oregonscottish.org/pipebands.htm.

Thanks much!! I've got an email out to see if any one knows of instruction a little closer to home; Portland is about 5 hours from here.

Were all the bands listed too far away? I guess I just assumed that at least a couple of those would be in within a reasonable drive.
