Ole Brass Doorknob Cane
I may have got the idea from somewhere else,.,...I just can't recall where from, but anyway, I bought some old timey doorknobs from an antique shop and started putting them on wood as cane toppers.
Here is the first, unknown hardwood, 36 1/2 inches tall, and I carved knotwork into 23 inches of the shaft. I think I might try a couple more of these in the future.....along with the other billion ideas in my noggin.



It can be used for standing around in the woods....

...or you can take a whack at annoying insects...
