Voyagers - Season 1, Episode 8: Old Hickory and the Pirate
Great TV Series from the 80's for history buffs of all ages.
This episode deals with the Battle of New Orleans. Of course from the side of the Americans but it has a few good scenes of the Highland Regiments advancing in formation. Blue balmorals, horse hair sporrans (with white straps), ... the hole kit.

There were no Scots in Kilts at the Battle of New Orlean. The Argyle and Sutherland were in trousers.

Actually, the regiment at New Orleans wasn't known as the Argyll & Sutherlands in 1815. The 93rd Regiment of Foot was the Sutherland Highlanders; the Sutherlands and the 91st (the Argyllshire Highlanders) were amalgamted in the 1881 Army Reforms that did away with the old regimental numbers.
