    The Little Airships Dayout

Fri eve our friend called around and I waisted no time in her meeting our little friend

The next day before it was light I was packing the little airship with my guitar. Today we planned on going for a nice long walk and a bit o christmas cheer at the end of it with a sing song.

Soon we were on a bus heading to town

Our meeting place was a wetherspoons pub by the millenium stadium. The coffee is much cheaper there than the coffee houses around town ... a few of us introduced the little airship to these

Then as people arrived they all wanted a shot with our friend

It was tipping down with rain but we stopped for a quick pose with our little friend at one of the entrances to the Millenium Stadium

Soon we were drying out and on the bus to Merthyr Tydfil

When we got there it was still lashing with rain so we spent the hour wait for the hopper bus to take us to the mountains in yet another wetherspoons ... the little airship was introduced to this

This was the young lady who served us ... she was from Glasgow and going back home for Christmas. She said my Cilt made her feel very homesick and was really pleased that I had it on. She was only to delighted to have a pic with our friend

Theres was a pic on the wall about Joseph Parry .. I havent done it but I guess for anyone who would like to know more about him it will be on the net somewhere

As we were finishing up the rain stopped

And finally on the way out I was stopped by a lady whos husband was at the bar and showed me his St David tartan cap ... I took a quick pic

Then we were back on a bus and heading down the valleys passing many a little valley community

The day was far to much for some but the little airship was still rock n rolling

When we got into the city some went home and some decided to continue .... our little friend not far from Winter wonderland and the City Hall

A quick toddy b4 we finally came home

Thats it for now ... there is another 3 major adventures for the little airship in the next week before I pass it on ...
