First Call So Cal
The legendary Hamish will be visiting the southland in late March, It's about time we have a serious gathering of the rabble. No matter what locality you call home, if you've got an idea or a thought, anyone who knows of a good place for such a meet is encouraged to throw your input into the ring.

Hey, serious, keep me posted on the dates. With enough advance notice may be able to take some vaction time off and motor over.

According to the post from Jamie he lands at LAX March 26 and leaves April 8th. Pencil it in.
I don't think we'll all fit in the jacuzzi.

Bob and I will certainly try to join the rabble for this one -- or more -- depending on date(s) and location(s)!

As a non-active member, I don't think I should influence timing or venue; I'll just watch the thread and see if I can make it work.

Alain, Jeff, Sydnie, Ryan, Stan and all,
I think it high time for our kilted friends down south, the good ladies and gentlemen X Markers of Southern California, to come up with a moniker for themselves.
I have been tempted to refer to you all as the "So Cal Rabble" but that wouldn't be at all cricket.
But perhaps that is the subject for another thread! ith:
Cheers

By the by, there will be an expedition ith: from the Nor Cal Rabble to visit the warmer climes of the Southernmost part of our Golden State to meet up with his Lairdship and the So Cal... err our friends among the Southern California X Markers.
I have had some indication that a few out of state X Markers, not to mention a few Canadian X Markers are thinking about joining up with us!
Perhaps this will be the Kilt Night to beat all Kilt Nights!
Cheers
Jamie
