Essentially answering my own question, but here is what I learned.

Bluegrass Highlanders have officially taken the year off, so no formal Burns Dinner in downtown Lexington. I have been going to this one for years, really enjoy it. However, a local pipes band is hosting one at Talon Winery on Jan 24, Sandi says lots of music, some dancing & a good meal.

Louisville Scottish Society has reserved Feb 7 as the date for their event.
