Just wanted to thank Rocky and Co. for coming through for me big time last week. May seem minor, but I called on... Tuesday, I think, needing black flashes by Saturday as the pipe band I'm brand new to was competing in Orlando; I needed either IOS or black. They had black in stock and I was prepared to pay for overnight shipping, but... was talked out of it!

Never usually see a business do something like that. I was told I should have the flashes by Friday.

And, well, I did. There they were in the mail on Friday when I checked.

Moreover, I opened up the package and $3 fell out due to a wee overcharge, which truthfully I wouldn't have fretted over whatsoever! Rocky included the cash with a little note as to why it was there.

Again, something I'm not used to businesses doing.

Stuff like this just goes a long way to maintaining customer loyalty and they've most certainly proven to me the customer matters to them; subsequently, I plan on ordering much more from them in the future.

Thanks guys! Can't wait for the Argyle and kilt to arrive too!
