Scottish community seeking doctor
I'm not a doctor myself (nor have I had any recent association with any motel chains) but if I were, this might pique my interest:

The area looks really lovely, and if they needed a general computer/language geek, I'd be all over it.

an oportunity to live in Scotland plus getting to play Doctor.
I bet I could go 9 to 10 months before they discovered the truth. How hard is it to say "Take 2 asprins a day and call me in a week if it doesn't go away... 50 bucks please"

Its even easier than that! Without going into boring detail you get paid by the British taxpayer. No need to worry about haggling over your bill.

Sounds like the kind of place I would like to spend the last few years of a physicians practice---unforutnately for me I am the wrong type of doctor, far too specialized for this brand of general practice.
Now if they had a childrens hospital thinkgs might be different.
