Hello From Utah
Hey all,
I bought my first kilts yesterday, UKs actually, but don't intend to stop there.
I am of strong Scottish decent through the McCurdys, Stewarts, and Mitchells in my family tree. I'm also a native Texan wrapping up my FAA career in Salt Lake City. My wife and I will be moving to BC when we retire in the spring of '11.
My name is Bill, I like cigars, Islay whiskey, and a good pint of bitters. Pleased to meet you guys.

On my way to Costco, then meeting friends at Rooster's on 25th for a pint or two. I went with the tan UK and black sweatshirt combo. I was going to go regimental but...er...not quite ready for that.
We'll be there around 11:30 BriceKolob. All rounds on me.
My wife is beside herself. She absolutely loves kilts. I may never wear pants again.

Thanks for the invite! I have to visit family today. However, we are trying to plan a Northern Utah Kilt night. I will let you know what happens.
Also, we have a social group for Northern Utah. Join it and it will be easier to get a hold of all those in Northern Utah once it is planned.
Again, good to meet you!
Brice
