A Routine Request With a Twist

I am certain that you know what it is like when someone asks to take your picture while Kilted.

Well tonight was no exception that a request was made for my picture to be taken. I was on my way to a meeting at a local University and I was crossing a foot bridge over a busy road. A young lady asked if she could take my picture, and she posed me, but that really didn't bother me because of the reflection and light etc.

Upon my return I noticed the picture she posed me in front of, a pipe band walking down the street. I wish that I had asked her to send it to me, but alas I didn't.

You know what that means to the rest of the rabble, right? No picture, it didn't happen!! LOL

At least Facebook can't claim perpetual ownership of that picture. Wait! she might post it on Facebook! And you might come across it.

you should take a shot of the poster [of the pipe band] and post it in the Kilts in the Media section. Despite modern efforts to eliminate print media it is still a media type.

Really??!! I went to dinner at an Irish pub with some friends, and I was stopped twice on my way out by young ladies asking for a photo with me.

I gave them my email address for a copy. Alas, never got one from either. Maybe they thought I wanted a date and tossed it away.

That's why you have to carry a camera with you. That way when they want a picture, you make the deal that you get one in return.
