Almost new.
Hi all. I figured it is about time I introduced myself here.
First, I think this is a great site. I wish I had found it long ago. You folks are informative and funny and I am always amazed at how many people are active at any given time.
I am from Northern California and currently I reside in Woodland, just down the street form where Sac Scottish Games take place. If you come to the games, I would love to meet you somewhere there and say Hi.
I became interested in kilts years ago but didn't buy one until this year. I really didn't have a strong interest in a traditional kilt so I ordered a SportKilt in my wife's clan colors and then I ordered a Amerikilt. Then I found this site. As I said, I wish I had found it earlier. If so I would have asked plenty of questions on people's preferences. I would have most likely have decided differently on what to order. Oh well, what's done is done.
Like I said, I love the site and thanks to you folks I have a better idea now what to buy in the future.
Keep up the good work,
Dave

I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…
