National Police Officer Selection Test

This past Saturday I took the National Police Officer Selection Test with the Lawrence PD and thought I did well, I figured that I at least scored the required 70%, but when I came back my name was not on the list to advance to the oral board. I thought that since my name was not on the testing list to start with they just let me test and were not going to allow me to progress any further. Regardless their academy started in May and I am not available for work until after the 11th of July.

I found out today that the Ada County Sheriff’s Department in Boise Idaho has no testing dates available, so I may be going back to Seattle May 7th to test with Public Safety Testing on the 8th and to attend one of the Seattle PD's Saturday workshops on May 9th to then apply and test on a latter date.

I am also going to apply with the Sierra Vista PD in Arizona since I lived there for four years and know the area pretty well.
