I would have liked to attend, but my daughter is graduating from college that weekend. I doubt she (or especially her mother) would appreciate me missing the graduation to attend a reenactment. Perhaps next time around.

With everything else thats going on around here, and the distance in between it will be difficult for me to attend, I will be there of course in Spirit.
But please do take and post lots of pics!

Brian, you know I'd be there if possible.....However, our unit will be at Oswego en masse in September. For those of you who want to see past pics of Jacobite events, go to:

I'll see you there, Brian (if all goes according to plan). And Malcolm, we'll all miss your company, but not your "alarm clock".
Don't know if I've posted this link before or not, but even more pictures.

Hey Piper, the original of your little blurb comes from a German Cannon Barrel. The translation is " All your skill and effort is to no avail when an angel pees down your touch-hole. Pardon my German but it is something like" Alle kunst ist umzunst ven ein engel auf das zundlock brunst" or something close to that. But in all probability you knew that already. Regards.........John
