Kilt Nite at the Flying Saucer - Fort Worth
I have decided to find out if anyone would like to get together for a Kilt Night at the Flying Saucer - Fort Worth. I was going to look at finding out the cost of getting the "Half Acre" room upstairs and having a 'if you are wearing a Kilt, come on in" get together.
Lets throw around some ideas (nights best, etc.). I just want to do something and not sure what to do and all but I am ready to get out and 'kilt it up'.

Anytime after the 15th is preferable for my wife and me.
If it happens before then, we'll work something out (very busy times at work right now).
I know the Flying Saucer used to have discount pint nights on Mondays, but any day works for us. (We love the Flying Saucer.)

I would be interested if it was on a weekend. I work in LaGrange but could come back on the weekend. I call Cleburne home but work on the road. Oil field related work.

I'm Game. If you don't want to go to the trouble of renting a room, we could just invade Finn McCool's Pub. The bartender says they are kilt friendly. (also right across the street from a plastic surgeon, if it gets ugly)

I might be available, my schedule is hit or miss lately. Toss around some dates and I'll chime in if it's something I can make it to!

We don't go into downtown much; neither of us likes to drive at night so don't think we'll make it. If it were in Arlington, we would.

Thoughts
I thought, it might take a couple of weeks plus to make it happen, so I wanted to ask plenty of time ahead. The Flying Saucer - Fort Worth, is at the 280/ downtown exit off I35/I30. It does not have to be there, in fact we can have a dry run ahead of time or 'spread the love' to other places. I just wanted to get some 'face time' with some peole on here and get lots of kilts going one place.
On Tuesdays, I go to the Ginger Man on Camp Bowie for thier Glass nite (to collect the glass) and am gone from there by 6:15p at the latest. Then I am at the Flying Saucer for my 3 drinks there. I get there about 6:30p-ish and leave about 8:30-ish.
On Wednesdays, I go to the Flying Saucer direct for my 3 drinks and their glass night. I am there by 7p-ish and leave about 9p-ish.
If you want to get ahold of me, send me a PM and I will send you my phone number. Or if you have abetter idea, drop it on me.

I'm game. April is pretty open for me, so I can probably make just about any date after this Thursday (the 9th) with a little notice.
