New to the forum :)
Hello Guys and Gals, I am new to joining this forum but not to the website or wearing kilts. Apparently I am pretty well known at my college because my wife keeps telling me about people who see the "dude in a kilt" around campus. It's always fun to talk to people about it. And even more fun to be in a bar when you are the only one who wears a kilt, and there are lots of interested women (who all ask the same question, and the answer is always "my shoes"). Anyway, I had wanted to compete in the Highland Games here in Louisiana, but my schedule never let me. Anyway, nice to meet you and hope to see you around the forums.
Hugh
I'll figure ot and find time to post some pictures of me wearing my kilt and other fun stuff.

I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

Going to the games is do-able, practicing every week was not ... although if I could find some one and some place out here to train me I'd be more than willing to learn how to compete.
