Mark up another one for Jerry

Here is the email I sent Jerry; I only wanted to notify him of a possible problem with some stuff I bought last year.

First of all this in not a letter of complaint, rather one to inform
you all of some problems I have run into with my night stalker sporran.

I got bit by the kilt bug rather hard after officiating at a Scottish
Wedding last year. In November I decided to buy a series of Kilts from
your fine company, one of my purchases included a Night stalker
sporran. Which at first I really loved, but over the months I have
become disenchanted with the poor construction. At first the nylon
seems to shed a lot in long strings, then I noticed a split that
opened up at the top. Between the backing and the zipper, The last
thing that occurred was the belt loop has become detached from the
    back, making the sporran unusable.

I am attaching pictures so you can see what has happened. I
understand about equipment, and that it does not last for ever, but
less than six months seems to be a little excessive. I am bringing
this to you attention as I have sold many things over the years, and I
would rather hear about a problem first hand than wonder why a
popular item stopped selling through no fault of my own. I do not
know if this is a wide spread problem, or one that just happened to
    the one I received.

I sent this email at 11:46 my time. At 11:54 I got his response:

Hi, thanks for the photos, I will send you a new one.

    Jerry V
    SWK

If for no other reason, my next what ever (buckle, sporran, kilt, socks what ever else) IS SWK! I am a very pleased and happy client (not customer that implies a market relationship)!!!

Hats off Jerry, YOU DA MAN!

He has great customer service on the front end of a sale.... And he has great customer service at the back end of a sale... I am glad I have purchased from him, and if need be, I will do it again.

I am GREAT! (best Tony the Tiger impression) I have been going through some major life changes, but we hit the town tonight with a few of the guys in town for the Highland games tomorrow and their gals, great time at the Pasta House in Rio Rancho.

Hows the wedding biz going? Mine is off to a grand start, already done half a dozen, have that many lined up for the next month and half with more to go in July. I'll be writing up something to discribe what I've been going through in Off Topic, but PM me and I'll cut to the chase; you'll understand I promise.

    See you later Brother.ith:

That's how Jerry rolls, and that's why I shop at SWK.

    though

Another thing different about Jerry, and I have found to be true. It may be because he is so busy, or just the way he is. There is nothing long nor confusing about his correspondence. It is always straight and to the point. Kinda sounds like a man with no quarrels with life. "You want it you got it!"
