    Alpha Kilts

Has anybody got any reviews about Alpha Kilts? I used the search function and didn't mind much to go on.
I see they have a pinstriped kilt option listed on their webpage...and it seems quite affordable. Granted, it's basically a poly blend as opposed to a heavier wool suiting.....
I'm wondering what these guys are like to work with.....

I was able to use the "search" function, typing "Alpha Kilt" and found the above reference. Happy searching. Those w their items appear to be happy campers.

My first two kilts were Alpha's, I wanted a UK but I hated the price someone suggested Darron and I was sold. They are heavy fabric and well built, I have never regreted buying them and will be buying more as Darron expands his lines.

I now have two Alpha Kilts. My first was the box pleat (Glasgow). They are very well built kilts. I like the fact that the fabric is treated with Teflon which helps repel liquids and I think it also helps reduce wrinkles that can be a problem with cotton type material. Darron has a couple of new kilts. I just received one of the new Compass kilts. It is a knife pleat kilt with a unique fastener system. It has web straps around the waist for adjustment of the waist size. Also there are web straps around the kilt such that the side pockets can be detached. The pockets themselves have many compartments. These straps also accommodate accessories from Maxpedition and any other outfit that uses similar web straps for attachments. I have not had time to make pictures of the fastener system or me in the kilt but I hope to do so next week.

Thanks for the little review. I only wish they showed pictures of the pleating of their kilts on the website.
