I'm allowed to jones!
I got a call last week from Walgreens, and they told me I was receiving back pay for unused vacation time when I left there 4 years ago. I was told it would be around 300 dollars, and since I had just spent my kilt savings on a Computer a few weeks back, I thought 'new kilt' but alas, that money wound up buying my wife a new laptop. (We have gotten 3 new computers since January, and didn't even break the 1k mark total.)
Now she has a new computer of her own, she admitted she can't complain if I get a kilt now, once the money manifests itself.
This will be a long few weeks to save up the money, but this time she can't stop me. Just $250 to go....

nope, I don't live in MI anymore. Not that I did that there, but I knew people that did. They weren't kilted though.
My mom is real anti-kilt, she recently canceled a trip to AZ, I was going to see if I could organize a roving kilt night to follow her around and annoy her. Then again, she might randomly go. She decided to skip my sons first birthday party to go to Graceland last month. She tried to skip my other son's 4th birthday by going to Chicago last fall, because of me wearing a kilt.

The only part that worries me is that when I just dbl checked my measurements, my stomach is down 1.5" since I wrote down my measurements back in May/June.

How much do they pay for giving plasma at your local blood bank?

Don't know, I think it's probably far away from here, according to my ramshackle car.

Just remember that jonesing builds character and makes the arrival of said kilt oh so much sweeter.
