good retailer: Under the Mystical Moon

I browsed this booth at the Enumclaw Games while good friend Kathy bought a pair of celtic knot earrings and a nice little pendant to match.

They make sporrans, rather "alternative" ones, though some are more traditional looking than others and I thought the workmanship was quite good. The prices were phenomenal. *PHENOMENAL* for what you get.

Look, I took their card and actually posted about them, here and it's mighty rare that I do any such thing regarding a vendor that doesn't already advertise here. That's a pretty high recommendation from me. Oh, and they know about X Marks the Scot.

    check 'em out.

I, personally was quite taken with these: http://www.underthemysticalmoon.com/...sSporrans.html

    Wow!

Thanks for posting the link. Now I know what to say when my wife asks me what I'd like for an anniversary or Christmas present.

Thanks too! Culture blending with the conchos and sporrans...though, God help me, the twin conchos with sporrans reminds me of my mispent youth in hoochie coochie clubs....

Something more for the wish list for sure...

I'm not sure about some of those mask sporrans... with the tail attached!

I'm just trying to imagine where the tail hangs when it's worn.... wrong, wrong, wrong! :-)

And the two without tails made me think of something from a Jim Henson special ...
Good prices on the others, though.

I hate mask sporrans anyway... but those are just too lifelike for my taste. The rest, however- Wow!!
