Keltoi kilts reveiw???
Okay, I've done a search and if I'm missing it then I apologize, but if anyone has had any experience with Keltoi Kilts and (more specifically) the kilts made by John Hart then would you be kind enough to provide a review of the workmanship etc?
(I know that Keltoi Kilts is a sponsor of XMTS, & that in itself speaks well to me ).
Thanks in advance.

I have a kilt on order with John and from my understanding.. my turn is coming up fairly soon... I will post a review once I receive my kilt, and up until this point.. John has been great to work with... yesterday,I received a swatch of the fabric I selected..
John makes sure the order you put in... is exactly as you expect it to be.. if you order one kilt.. he asks the questions, and in my case.. caught a post I made.. emailed me.. and made sure we were on the same page.. I really like that... because if I had wanted the other kilt.. and ordered what I did... I would have been disappointed..to me that says a lot about John..
I will also note.. I had a simular experience with Steve at Freedom Kilts.. a post I made gave him reason to message me.. to make sure we were on the same page..
John is very upfront with the process.. and his suggestions on the best values.. and timelines.. I am very pleased with the service I have received so far..

Thanks for posting your experience. After pouring over the Keltoi website I've been thinking of ordering a kilt from John in the near future. His exchange with you speaks volumes about his customer service.

I currently have a 4 yard box pleat on order with John, we had emailed several times working out the details of the kilt I wanted.. John made sure the kilt I ordering, is the one I wanted... on occassion, people will assume one kilt is refered to as something else..and they place an order for the wrong kilt style.. another thing I like about John... in my case.. he noticed a post I made and questioned me about my assumptions on my order.. in my case a reference to a kilt style..box pleat/ military waist, and what I ordered.. ensuring I was not expecting an 8 yard military box pleat, with a military high rise waist.. when I ordered a midrise 4 yard box pleat.. that tells me he cares about what the customer wants.. and makes sure he meets our expectations..

I have not had a kilt made form John yet but he has done some custom work for me. He is very easy to work with and I would recommend him highly.

Kudos to Keltoi
I just put in an order for my first kilt (4-yard box-pleated Highland Granite) - a long-overdue purchase - following a swift, generous, and informative email exchange with John. If the kilt itself is remotely as fine as his service and/or communication skills I will be a very happy man.
