    Pipers of Past Years

    I just ran across this link. What a marvelous collection of photos of some of the world's greatest pipers over the last century or so.

    Quite a wide variety of dress, reflecting military and civilian Highland attire. Makes me think pipers have always gotten a little extra leeway when it comes to acceptable dress in the civilian sphere. Interesting to see how the white hose crept in over the last few decades.
