Caught Cilt napping
After giving my guitar n keyboard lessons yesterday, I hopped on the settee in the kitchen put me feet on the warm radiator and started to watch the news on the tele while our eats were underway. The mrs took this not long after .. doh It must be said that 2hrs later we were at our bands rehearsal in the old church at the back of our cottage, where we do our annual folky christmas carol concert which is in three weeks time

Our folk club is tomorrow Tref if u about.

Fortunately, a wool cilt is by nature able to reform its pleats fairly well by hanging it up, and giving the pleats a gentle pull.

piperdbh .... I have never had problems with the pleats of my cilts .. i have sat in cars, transits, buses and trains for hours on end and curl up often in odd postitions to watch tele at home etc.
Here is a pic of my blue mackay ... I have had it just over 30yrs now and it has been to weddings, pubs, caving, hill walking and got soaked many a time up on the mountains. An iron or dry clean has never been applied to it.
