I just recieved my membership materials in the mail from the Clan MacPherson Association. I was wondering how many you the rabble are members of their clan's association and what benefits you enjoy most from it.

Enjoy the Urlar..
I pay my dues to the Clan MacNeil Association. But then many of them are my close rellies.
I also pay dues to Clan Lamont Society of North America. There may be a connection there, but the genealogy is not complete ...Yet.

I have found it hard to find a clan for my last name. I guess LYTHGOE is not associated with a prominent clan. I am not really sure though.

The only time someone contributes to Clan McLowlife is when we are trying to raise bail- and then the most frequent contribution is "Good Luck". I respect the clan system but I can't claim much in the way of affiliation.
Some take the high road and some take the low road. Who's in the gutter? MacLowlife

I'm a member of Clan Mackintosh of North America and the Clan Chattan Association. I'm not really involved in either, but I like being a member and enjoy reading the newsletters that come out.

Recent member of Clan Crawford Association and work closely with Clan Wallace. It's a great way to help others learn of their own heritages.

I'm not a member of any association. I don't feel a strong enough connection to any particular clan.
I do feel rather affiliated with one clan - but I do not agree with their constitutional system and some of the leadership's beliefs.
It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom -- for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself.
