Rotator cuff tear / injury
I believe that I have picked up one of these for free...
Karma is a hard mistress, after a no arm tackle on my brother playing ruggers on the beach, I noticed that bicep curls and or abducting the arm with weight away from the body is pretty painful...
off to the quack for me...
gutted, thats going to be a training set back.

Go slow.... If you really did do this, then Rehab is your new religion.
I'm crossing my fingers that it's a bruise, even a deep one and you haven't torn anything up.

Great news--don't push the rehab, plenty of time to step it up after it heals.
