    Rotator cuff tear / injury

    I believe that I have picked up one of these for free...

    Karma is a hard mistress, after a no arm tackle on my brother playing ruggers on the beach, I noticed that bicep curls and or abducting the arm with weight away from the body is pretty painful...

    off to the quack for me...

    gutted, thats going to be a training set back.

    Go slow.... If you really did do this, then Rehab is your new religion.

    I'm crossing my fingers that it's a bruise, even a deep one and you haven't torn anything up.

    I'm crossing my fingers that it's a bruise, even a deep one and you haven't torn anything up.
    Couldnt lift a 18 kg bag onto the scales at the airport a couple of days ago...so not looking to good at the mo.

    Have an appointment on Mon'.

    Could of done these till the cow came home when i was younger, worst thing is my brother has recovered well...and has bragging rights.

    Deep bruising of muscle/s around shoulder blade, 2 weeks of light lifting...stoked.
