Actually that is a mistake in the way their website calculates changes in currency between the UK pound and US dollar. If you go to the pages for their sale jackets and actually put them in your checkout basket the correct prices come up there. Their currency converter is not converting pounds into dollars, merely listing the same UK pound price with a US dollar sign in its place. As I said add it to your cart to see the real price of the jacket set in US Dollars (the Argyll with vest is not $169 but $331---169gbp, the Holyrood jacket is not $99 but rather $194---99gbp).

Bummer becasue they seem like really nice sets at great prices. Sorry to deflate the balloon of joy.

I caught that with the Holyrood but not on the Argyle set.

I picked one of these up for Den... they're great jackets and they have plenty more in-store. If anyone lives around Glasgow I'd recommend popping in for a quick look.
It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom -- for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself.

Yes, Paul was my contact in Scotland and picked up a Brian Boru for me. The cost was around $160.00. He was gracious enough to volunteer to be my eyes and check out the jacket. So, going with his recommendation, I decide to go for it. The jacket will be here soon. I'll post some pics as soon as I get it. Oh, and I need a nice dress shirt and bowtie. Thanks to Paul. He's a great chap!!

The site, at this time is closed. They must be fixing the discrepancy.
