I see it has David Thomlinson, known to us Americans as the father in Mary Poppins, in it and he's obviously wearing Highland Dress in the photo on the cover. Good movie or...?

According to IMDB, "The English owner of a Scottish castle discovers that it is haunted by the spirit of a beautiful woman. He decides to use the ghost as a tourist attraction for his castle."
