New Balmoral and a pretty day

I received this balmoral from a fellow member here at the site. Its a Robert Mackie in fawn. I took Jock's advice and reshaped-I like the results. Its been a beautiful day here in my part of Virginia, temps in the mid 60's with a cool breeze, a perfect day. Here are a couple of pictures of my balmoral.

No Phew needed! It worked out just fine and I'm very happy with the bonnet.
Now could you give us a tutorial on how to tie a proper bow with the ribbons

The balmoral looks great! I like the look of the commando sweater with the kilt too.

Aha! Looks like stage one was missed out! Stitch the bow! OK, I used to use,before I worked out stage one, the same knot and method as tying a bow tie. Don't ask me to explain how to do it! McMurdo used to have a connection to a very useful YouTube type video that explained how to do it. Perhaps he may chip in here? Failing that, PM him, I am sure he will know the video thing I am talking about.

By the way nice balmoral there David, one day I'll order one of these I really do love the look. The breaking in process really has worked wonders.
