Utilikilts flagship store
I'm going to be passing through Seattle in a couple weeks from now. Has anyone been to the Utilikilts flagship store? Is it worth checking out?

I have never been there but FWIW my cousin has been in and said he thought it was pretty cool.
Either way have fun in Seattle!
I have always tempered my killing with respect for the game pursued. I see the animal not only as a target but as a living creature with more freedom than I will ever have. I take that life if I can, with regret as well as joy, and with the sure knowledge that nature's ways of fang and claw or exposure and starvation are a far crueler fate than I bestow. - Fred Bear

Worth checking out in my book. I've got some pics from my visit to the store here. If you want to be their best-est pal, bring a bottle of micro-brew with you for Voodoo Stu, the sales guy (and tell 'em Jake says "howdy.")
Best regards,
Jake
P.S. There's a good Irish pub/eatery nearby called "Fado"

It was closed for the day by the time I got there, all I got was a picture of the front door. On the other hand it is very close to the entrance to the underground tour, which is pretty cool.

Hmmmm I thought Closed For The Day was something reserved for Britain and its colonies, used by us to ensure against making too much money.

I only had a couple hours in Seattle on a rainy Sunday morning, so I passed by Utilikilts and then went to Fado for lunch/World Cup Soccer. Sorry, no pics
The flagship store is quite cool, the guy working was really friendly, and I was sorely tempted by a black Mocker on the "scratch & dent" rack. Apparently they tried a new factory in L.A. but weren't satisfied with the results. The inconsistencies are very minor and they were clearing them out for $125... too bad it's not in the budget for me but if any other members of the rabble are passing by, there are deals to be had!
Conclusion: nice neighborhood + unadvertised deals = worth a visit.

I have been there several times - every time my ship went into Seattle. Very cool place. I had to stop because every time I went in I spent money on another kilt.

We were there last August, prior to going to Vancouver to start our Alaska cruise. I'm still kicking myself for not buying the black one that fit so well......

Seattle is a bit far for me, but they take deals on the road, too. I caught up with them at the Maker City Faire at the Henry Ford Museum, and got a nice discount on my sand mocker (was already wearing my olive original)
