Curious?

Mods please move this if it's in the wrong section. I stumbled upon them so I ordered a pair of hose from R.G. Hardie & Co Saturday evening and noticed that the funds were not taken out of my account yet as of this morning. I emailed them yesterday morning and still no response. Has anyone dealt with them before? Not bashing them. Just curious as to how long they take in their transactions.

Some firms do not debit credit cards or debit cards until the goods are ready to ship.
