Clark County Parks District is having some financial difficulties this year, as so many public funded agencies are right now. They are looking to raise money so they don't have to close any of their parks.

On Sat. Aug 28th at George Rogers Clark Park, off of Rt 4 between I-70 and Rt. 68, they are putting on a Celtic Fest. It will run from 11:30 am - 9:30 PM. There will be entertainment all day. Miami Valley Pipes and Drums will be on stage at 5:00 pm - 5:45 pm. There is a $10 admission fee.
