Anyone dealt with Pipe Band Uniforms.com?
I posted this thread in Historical dress forum, and probably ought to have posted it here.
Has anyone dealt with a Pakistani company called Pipe Band Uniforms.com? Their website is http://pipebanduniform.com
They have very reasonable prices and claim to supply most of the dealers. They have a wide range of products, but I hesitate to dive in without hearing from someone who has bought from them. It seems to be a crap shoot when dealing with **** dealers.
Let me know if you know anything about them - good or bad.
Thanks

Most of WHAT dealers? Pakistani dealers or Scottish dealers or US Dealers or pipe band dealers or kilt dealers?
I've never heard of them and certainly wouldn't use them as a supplier.

I think their claim is that they supply most of the other **** dealers. That in itself gives me pause.

**** products
I've not heard of them.... Greenland and a couple of others, but not this one. **** "Scottish" attire seems to pop out of all corners of Sialkot. I get emails all the time from different companies. There are a few good products that come out of that country, but you can get real substandard products with no recourse. They require cash up front, so you may or may not get your products. I used to order hackles from Pakistan, but the last order took nine months of constant emails for them to deliver the order. I've stopped.

our Drum Major ordered his doublet from there. I don't know what the cost was but the garment is a little "thin" to me. I know this from helping him get his Plaid on before a performance
