Hello from Germany

Hello from northern germany,

i found this forum on as i was searching for a "How to make my own kilt tutorial" and the best ones i found in here, so i registrated now.

I am 26 years old and from a town called Lübeck or Lubeca in northern germany. Maybe some of you heard about this town, we have the william wallace letter here.

A friend of me and i are very interested in the jacobite era and started an group called "Charging Highlanders" as an living history group. Now we work on our impressions

The only time when i wear a kilt was on historical events because i just had an belted plaid but now i want to change this and started to make my own first modern kilt. Next week i show you some pictures of it.

So, that i am! I know, it looks like the plaid has no tartan but they do have. It is just one vertical and horizontal line, very simple but i like it for my clansmenimpression. The shirt is not correct but i work on a new one, like from the movie Rob Roy.

I hope to have a nice time in here with you and please forgive me my bad english!!!
