    I read Boswell's side of it, The Journal of a Tour to the Hebrides, back a few years ago.. well more than a few actually, it seems about as long ago as they actually made the tour- and when I should have been studying for the big physics final or something- but have forgotten most of it. It would be interesting to reread both Boswell's rather objective and Johnson's allegedly rather bigoted Tour books in their own right (I never did find Johnson's), and then read this new one. Have to get on that.
