    Black version of this sporran?

I really like the basic look of the mil-issue sporran.

Does anyone make something like this in black leather?

    Contact our own Artificer.

Scott made one inspired by this style before, for another XMarker, which you can see in this thread: Sporran #12 - Day Sporran with a 'Twist' WIP:

My own Artificer #6 was inspired by the post WW1 thru WW2 military sporrans, but with my own twist to it:

The quality & craftsmanship of Artificer's sporrans are superb!
    You won't be sorry!

The original one you imaged is an L&M made sporran. I'm fairly confidant they would make one in black on request. The STM is an L&M retailer, if you are interested just give me a call or shoot me a PM and I'll call them for you.

Also word! This would be a much less costly option, and a very sound one, though the same level of hand craftsmanship would obviously not be there.

Terry that brown one is a real beauty. Simple and elegant is a diffucult skill to master but Scott nailed that one.

While I'd take the advice of those above and commission Artificer to make you a real one, if you're trying to get by on the cheap, this is available on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/British-Scottish...item3358168fa6

I have one of these, and a sporran made by Artificer and there's no comparison. Get the real deal if possible.

Somehow I missed that review before Ryan. Nice!

Pictures just don't do it justice, Nathan!
