New Website

Hello X Marks the Scot,

We are proud to announce we have slimmed down, redesigned and launched a new website for you to enjoy. This website is replacing the previous version of Burnetts-Struth.com. Some important things to note with the change.

Account Info: All your account login credientials for the website will not work as we have started a new database. This means simply you must Create a new account. To do this just go to the My Account in the top left corner and create one or when checking out you will be prompted to do that then. Any questions please contact us.

Past Orders: As mentioned above we have a new database so past orders will not appear on the new website. Unless you ordered this month and your order hasn't been sent out yet. These orders will be added and you will be emailed a copy of the invoice. If your order hasn't be fulfilled yet or you are worried please contact us and we will be happy to help. No orders were lost during the upgrade they are just not visible as they are on a different database. Recent orders that haven't shipped we will be adding these manually so you can be informed about the status of your order.

Feedback: The new website is different then the past and will take some getting use to but we are sure you will find it easier to naviagate and look at with new features like multiple images, related products, zoom, and more.With that said we need your feedback and opinions on it. Do you like what you see? Is it easier than the previous website? What still needs fixed? Let us know by filling out our survey.

Missing Products?: In the upgrade we removed over 300 products by compressing some (Casual Kilts on sale all in one product now) or removing them all together (These items are in store only now). So if you don't see an item please contact us. We will be adding some products back if we get enough demand for them.

I regret to inform everyone that the new website isn't as ready as we thought. We need to sort out some email issues and once resolved we will have the new site live. Any initial thoughts if you checked it out already please post them here.
