Christian Celtic Tattoos
Ok, this isn't a thread to spark debate on Christian tattoos, keep that in mind.
(If you really must voice your opinion on the issue, feel free to PM me. Keep it respectful though, as I am sure none of you would have a problem doing ;))
My question: Do any of you have any Christian Celtic Tattoos? Any of you plan to get one? I haven't made up my mind whether or not to get one, but was searching google for ideas and came up a bit short. Just wonderin' what's already out there. Thanks.
Slainte,
Zach

I don't.
Tattie Shaw was going to get one, but I don't know if he went through with it or not, and I've not seen him here in a long time.

Not Celtic, but I do have my left forearm sleeved in a Christian theme

I would go with what you feel, a tat is an expression of you, not really how others feel about it.
My son and I have talked about getting a Celtic/Market cross, a first for both of us, keeping in mind it isn't really a Christian symbol though, similar kettle of fish though.

I'm not big on tattoos, but the advice I've always given is to keep in someplace private in case later in life you have a different perspective. Christian Celtic sounds nice; I have a colleague (lady priest) with a full colour stained glass high up on her shoulder. Odd but nice, I guess.

If you haven't found something that you like through google images or other sources, I would recommend you find a talented tattoo artist in your area. Then, discuss what you would like with them and have them help you develop a tattoo that is unique for you--rather than pulling something off the wall or internet.

I would say come up with something that means something to you and go with it if you put a lot of thought into it. I do not have any christian Celtic tattoos myself but i may put a celtic cross gravestone into my graveyard sleeve im planning on.

I was thinking something to incorporate my Christianty, ancestry, and my future bride. Quite the tall order... One thing I am pretty sure on is incorporating a magpie into whatever I get, as that is my loves nickname.
