I thought I'd post my last two weeks workouts, just for yucks and your entertainment. What has dominated the last few weeks is a growing concern with strength loss and a burning sensation in my lower back and hips. I thought it was overtraining and muscle fatigue, but I'm pretty sure that in fact there's a little bit of compression in the lumbar spine. I need to take it easy...and did. Between Costa Mesa and Watsonville I will work on the "non-torque" throws like caber, stone and WOB.
